Return & Refund Policy – Ali Parfum

At Ali Parfum, we are committed to delivering high-quality, luxurious perfumes to our valued customers. Your satisfaction is our top priority. Please read our return and refund policy carefully.

1. Eligibility for Returns

·         You can return 50ML and 100ML bottles within 10 days of purchase.

·         To be eligible, at least 90% of the perfume must remain in the bottle.

·         Perfumes that have been heavily used, tampered with, or damaged by the customer cannot be returned.

·         Products must be in their original packaging, including the bottle, box, and seal.

2. Damaged or Defective Products

·         If your perfume arrives damaged or defective, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery.

·         Send photographic evidence of the issue.

·         We will either replace the item or issue a full refund, depending on your preference and availability.

3. Return Process

2.      Provide your order details and reason for return.

3.      Once approved, you will receive instructions for returning the product.

4.      Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, except for damaged or defective products.

4. Refunds

·         Refunds are processed within 5–6 working days after we receive and inspect the returned product.

·         Refunds are issued via the original payment method.

·         Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the product was damaged or defective.

5. Exchanges

·         Direct exchanges are not available.

·         If you wish to receive a different perfume, please return your original item for a refund and place a new order.

6. Important Notes

·         Perfumes are personal care items, so opened or heavily used bottles cannot be returned.

·         We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these requirements.
